La Matera is one of the three houses that make up the old estate. It has two double bedrooms with one bathroom, a living-dining area with a stove and a grill. La Matera is ideal for four people and can stretch to accommodate up to six. Breakfast and meals are paid separately but are accessible. Check-in and check-out times are flexible.

El Studio allows you to stay in the heart of the main house.

El Studio is an apartment in the east wing of the main house. It includes a spacious living-study area and an en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom and dressing room. The stay includes meals served in the dining room of the main house. It is the option most closely connected with the historic past of El Carmen. Pets are not allowed in this area.

The oldest parts of the three houses date back to around 1828. The house at El Carmen de Rojas was built in 1850. Like any old house, it is full of memories and history. Its founder once spent part of his honeymoon here.
